Handyman Role
Salary £23,000 – £28,000 per annum pro-rata depending on experience.
Part time – 2 days per week
Hours – 10am – 3pm with a possibility of increasing hours.
Duties will include:
• Litter picking
• Sweeping communal areas
• Gardening
• Light electrical work e.g. changing bulbs
• Basic plumbing works
• Decorating
• Minor carpentry work
• Providing general assistance to on site building centre management team
